He promises us a new earth where real people will have immortal, imperishable bodies. At the heart of Christianity, is the story of God himself taking on flesh and blood and coming to live with us, offering both physical healing and spiritual restoration.

Use the blessings of those around you and know that success is within reach. Your prayer, commitment and dedication are all things you can control. Leave the rest up to God. Lay your worries at His feet. Surround yourself with the word of God and other Christians that offer encouragement and fellowship. In doing so, you will see the physical and spiritual changes that you desire.

Commit yourself to finding establishments that use the same Christian principles you require to make your weight loss a success.

Christian fellowship at these cafes can also increase your success. Try finding weight loss groups that meet at cafes and help each other make healthy food choices when eating out. Having support is key when trying to succeed at anything in life. Support by those attempting the same results as you will only encourage your success rate.
